Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, or medical front-office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify registration details and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorization requests.
• Assist patients with portal access and non-clinical inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care across departments.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers to resolve access barriers.
