Responsibilities

• Schedule patient specialty appointments, follow-up visits, and related provider appointments.
• Submit insurance authorizations and complete authorization modifications as needed.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and update patient demographic information.
• Collect, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation.
• Use an EMR system to manage patient information, scheduling details, and authorization updates.
• Provide administrative support to multiple providers while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
