You'll support scheduling requests, data entry, and communication with physicians, therapists, and nurses while maintaining patient confidentiality and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient appointments within Fred Hutch and external referrals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Update patient demographics and insurance in the EHR.
• Communicate with providers, technologists, and nurses about scheduling needs.
• Triaging calls from referring physicians and patients.
