Qualifications

• Interviews patients to obtain demographic and financial details for accurate registration and billing.
• Provides excellent customer service and helps patients with questions during the process.
• Handles cash/drawer reconciliation and daily deposits for co-pays and payments.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial information for registration.
• Obtain and verify insurance cards and IDs and update records.
• Manage point-of-service data collection and co-pay collection.
• Maintain work queues and assist patients and staff as needed.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and refer to clinical teams.
