National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking a field-based salesperson to grow NFIB membership by meeting small business owners in your local market. This hunter/closer role emphasizes face-to-face prospecting with best-in-class training and a flexible, hybrid work model.

You will earn via uncapped commissions, with yearly average compensation ranging from $80,000 to $200,000, plus benefits and performance-based pay.

• Overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Processing payment on the spot.
