Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business is seeking a field-based sales professional to meet small business owners, deliver NFIB’s value, and close deals for membership growth. You will be in a hybrid work environment, primarily in the field, with strong earnings potential and comprehensive benefits.

You will rely on a proven sales script, build rapid rapport, and handle objections to close sales, while receiving ongoing training and incentives to achieve six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and perseverance.
• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales model.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to adapt and think strategically in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners in-person in your local market.
• Memorize and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Build rapport and present NFIB’s value proposition.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Process payments on the spot.
