Harris Company in Bowie, MD is seeking an Outside Sales Representative focused on Preventive Maintenance. You will learn to sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling and lead generation, partnering with the Maintenance Solutions Advisor and Sr Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, preparing proposals, and maintaining CRM records while coordinating with the General Manager to grow the current customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of prior customer service experience.
• 1+ years of prospecting and appointment setting/cold calling.
• 2+ years of proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 2+ Years of Microsoft Office Experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling and lead generation.
• Develop and identify prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Prepare sales proposals and present agreements to explain applications.
