Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2–3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to prioritize tasks from multiple supervisors.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams to meet quarterly and yearly targets, including entry of sales orders and tracking deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Shipping and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Assist with customer orders and general information.
• Overcome objections and articulate salable features, quotes, and credit terms.
• Prepare sales orders and estimate delivery dates based on production schedules.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and update account activities.
• Enter new customer data and sales data into the database.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps to keep literature up to date.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and collections of bad debt when needed.
