We are currently searching for an Order Management Specialist in our Burlington, Massachusetts office. This is a hybrid position (expectation of 3 days in-office). As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of Company products and services in order to effectively manage all customer purchase orders. With the ability to effectively communicate and understand the needs and wants of the customer, Order Management will ensure solid communication to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction.
