The role blends sales support with data analysis to drive accuracy and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and ERP experience, thrives in a hybrid environment, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP or business management systems preferred.
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
