Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking an Order Management Specialist to be the primary liaison for the Customer Success team. You will manage a defined portfolio of customers, drive accurate order processing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of orders, data integrity in ERP, and proactive problem solving to meet customer commitments across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service, order entry, administrative support, or related role.
• Experience supporting customers with focus on responsiveness and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders and prioritize to balance commitments with operations.
• Enter, update and maintain order data in ERP/logistics systems with accuracy.
• Build and maintain productive customer relationships and communicate expectations across teams.
• Resolve customer issues with urgency and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and collaborate with Sales/Pricing, Inventory, Credit, and Operations.
