Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain order confirmations in QuickBooks.
• Process orders for assigned territories in partnership with the Senior Account Operations Manager.
• Enter bundle and mock roof sample requests for all territories.
• Provide installation addresses to customers and sales representatives as needed.
• Serve as backup support for Account Managers during absences.
• Assist with additional sales and account-support activities as assigned.
• Verify warranty information and assist with warranty certificate requests.
• Answer inbound customer service calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Resolve customer questions and requests when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and promptly.
