Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to act as an extension of the sales team, handling order processing, account information, and customer inquiries. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Credit, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

You will manage over 200 daily transactions, provide online order support, and help resolve backorders in line with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle high call volume with strong performance.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via phone, fax, website, email, and EDI.
• Provide information on product availability and pricing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and process credits/debits as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Credit to implement programs.
• Generate daily/weekly reports for customers using Access/Excel.
