Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, order fulfillment, or account support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and fulfill orders according to client requirements
• Receive, organize, and move warehouse materials and products
• Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Communicate professionally with clients by email and telephone
• Provide timely updates and follow up on open requests
• Coordinate with warehouse and office teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule
• Maintain accurate order, inventory, and account information
• Learn and navigate new order processing and account management systems
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments
• Identify and help resolve order or account‑related issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as needed
