Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (Hybrid – Sales Operations Support) Professional to support our client’s growing team in Peachtree City, GA. This is a hybrid, long‑term temporary position ideal for someone with strong customer account management and order processing experience who enjoys a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday | Work from home Monday & Friday

Hybrid schedule after fully trained

Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle same‑day order maintenance and customer order management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain customer purchase orders for perfect match and timely fulfillment.
• Provide custom reports and analytics to support account management and business decisions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Research and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Support account managers with reporting, tracking, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience (5+ years) considered.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• EDI experience a plus but not required.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
