Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and make changes including quotes and shipments.
• Maintain phone queue coverage to ensure consistent service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Expedite orders with production and shipping; monitor order status.
• Process customer payments securely and follow up on balances.
• Demonstrate teamwork to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
