Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, technology support, or a related role.
• Strong internal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Self-accountability and meticulous documentation of work.

• Cultural emotional intelligence and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Compliance with SOPs and ongoing industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows, handoffs, and deadlines across teams to keep work moving smoothly.
• Troubleshoot common technology issues (password resets, VPN, AV equipment).
• Monitor CRM records and run data-quality reports; resolve errors.
• Write procedures, checklists, and simple process maps; identify inefficiencies.
• Pull data and draft internal leadership and external stakeholder reports.
• Gather staff feedback on system issues and translate into actionable tickets.
• Test system changes, support rollout, deliver user training, follow up after adoption.
• Assist with audits, policy updates, and vendor coordination.
• Support projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide data-driven insights to support operations and finance decisions.
