Job summary

Werben HR is seeking a Systems Engineer to support customer infrastructure across networking, endpoints, servers, and cloud environments. This hybrid role is based in the Denver metro area, with time split between remote work and on-site support at client sites in Denver and nearby locations.

You will participate in incident response, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and automation initiatives across a wide range of technologies, focusing on networking and systems administration

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems, network, or infrastructure engineering, ideally MSP/multi-customer

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Provide on-site hands-on support at Denver metro client locations
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, and endpoint environments
• Troubleshoot incidents across networking, systems, identity, and cloud
• Manage cloud environments (AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3)
• Implement monitoring and alerting for reliability and availability
• Collaborate on automation and IaC deployments
• Assist with performance and cost optimization, architecture improvements
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
• Participate in on-call rotations
