Qualifications

• Minimum three years related experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data retrieval from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of work order management, payroll, invoicing, materials and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a daily work plan and crew roster.
• Generate work orders and close out packets in multiple systems.
• Reconcile labor, material and transportation charges.
• Coordinate locates, materials and scheduling with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity in management and scheduling systems.
