Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or other operations area.
• Utility scheduling/planning experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and facilitation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Experience with Microsoft products, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan a multi-week region-wide work schedule based on demand and priorities, considering resources, customer expectations, permitting and guidelines.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and material availability over a multi-week horizon; optimize resources and minimize costs.
• Analyze scheduling performance to forecast resource utilization for upcoming quarters and propose adjustments.
• Ensure compliance work is scheduled within required timeframes and tasks are in correct order with dependencies.
• Communicate with local supervisors and partners to maximize productivity and meet dates.
• Drive customer satisfaction by enforcing scheduling processes and timely execution.
