You’ll optimize crew assignments, arrange materials and equipment, and partner with local supervisors to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar tools and ability to retrieve/manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews based on resource availability.
• Review and manage work packets, equipment, materials, and readiness.
• Coordinate changes and communicate updates to stakeholders to maintain start dates.
• Triage new work requests and optimize utilization across resources.
• Build strong partnerships with supervisors and customers to maximize efficiency.
