Xcel Energy Services Inc is hiring for an Operations Work Coordinator. The role focuses on maintaining daily work plans, generating and closing work orders, and coordinating crews, materials, and equipment to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in construction, design, maintenance, or operations, with strong Excel and data manipulation skills. Hybrid work model with onsite presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling and managing work activities to meet customer needs.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Familiarity with work orders, payroll, invoicing and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a daily work plan and crew roster; adjust schedules as needed.
• Generate work orders and close out work packets in multiple systems.
• Coordinate materials, locates, and equipment for daily operations.
• Maintain data integrity across systems to track labor and charges.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity.
