Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, client invoicing, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with consultant onboarding or onboarding systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate A/P, A/R, payroll, and consultant invoicing workflows.
• Manage consultant onboarding and offboarding.
• Reconcile timesheets, pay and bill rates, and client invoices.
• Support multi-state compliance, including unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, and payroll taxes.
• Partner with leadership to improve automation and reporting.
