Job summary

Nascent is seeking a Team Coordinator to become the operational backbone of a fast-moving finance-focused team. You’ll own recruiting coordination, day-to-day operations, and special projects, using AI-native workflows to move quickly.

This role partners with senior leaders and acts as the connective tissue across people, projects, and priorities. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in operations or generalist roles at high-output startups, with a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• You are a doer with a passion for enabling others and delivering results.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, chief of staff, or a generalist role at a fast-moving startup or high-output organization.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools to accelerate real work and improve workflows.
• Experience supporting recruiting processes: sourcing, scheduling, pipeline coordination, or candidate communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of recruiting efforts on the operations side — sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, pipeline tracking, and hiring manager support.
• Run day-to-day operations and administration across the team: calendaring, travel, expense coordination, vendor management, etc.
• Drive special projects from ambiguous ask to delivered outcomes with scoped requirements and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Serve as primary point of contact and enabler for the team lead, clearing blockers and ensuring follow-through.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate output, draft communications, summarize research, build templates, and automate workflows.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, trackers, and lightweight systems to bring order to a fast-changing environment.
• Coordinate across teams to keep information flowing and deadlines visible, especially when priorities shift.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain trust as a reliable operator.
