Align is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Managed Services and Professional Services organizations. This role will develop operating processes, dashboards, forecasting models, and AI-enabled solutions to help leaders make better decisions and improve execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience improving operational processes and establishing scalable workflows or operating rhythms.
• Advanced experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or a comparable BI platform.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience combining data from multiple business systems.
• Ability to convert business needs into meaningful metrics, reporting, analysis, and action plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across functions, manage competing priorities, and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable procedures and operating rhythms to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Managed Services, Professional Services, Finance, People Ops, Sales, Technology, and leadership to align reporting and needs.
• Track expenditures, monitor KPIs, and conduct ROI analyses to support decisions.
• Support planning cycles and translate information into executive recommendations.
• Establish operational scorecards and reviews that connect activities to outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements that can be measured.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models for resource planning, utilization, project performance, and service delivery.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems for consistent reporting.
• Translate findings into actionable guidance for leadership.
• Increase dashboard adoption through stakeholder feedback and guidance.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve workflows and reporting.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools.
• Reduce repetitive manual work via automation of reports and notifications.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities for business value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and maintain documentation.
