Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, recruiting coordination, customer service, or related roles.
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS and ATS preferred.
• Maintains confidentiality and delivers high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Support HR service delivery, case management, and reporting.
• Assist with leave administration and HR processes.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding progress.
