Qualifications

• Oversee collection activities, set goals, monitor progress, and report results.
• Resolve performance and profitability issues; escalate matters outside employee control to management.
• Hold regular status meetings; provide coaching and training to staff.
• Coach and mentor subordinates; support career development and timely appraisals.
• Oversee daily collection operations; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Generate and update reports; compile data for reviews and decision making.
• Foster teamwork and effective interfaces with other departments and stakeholders.
