You will support processes, metrics, and cross‑department collaboration to optimize financial resolutions.

The role emphasizes resource planning, escalation handling, and adherence to applicable laws while delivering member-focused service and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Two to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory positions.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing, and holding team accountable.
• Solid understanding of FDCPA, federal and state collections regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections queues, assign work, monitor performance and efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members to meet service promises and goals.
• Assist with data reporting and department-wide process improvements.
• Serve as liaison with other departments and third-party vendors.
• Handle escalations from members and ensure compliant collections actions.
