Qualifications

• Associates degree in business administration or related field; equivalent work experience may substitute.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in collections or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and FCRA regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned consumer care staff and contract obligations.
• Recruit, interview and evaluate potential new employees.
• Prepare and update reports; conduct performance appraisals and maintain records.
• Coordinate and optimize internal processes for efficiency and service quality.
• Lead development initiatives and continuous improvement across the team.
