Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; master's preferred.
• 6–10 years in senior debt collection or financial services leadership.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of driving collections performance and targets.
• Thorough knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive outbound collections strategy to maximize recovery.
• Lead collections team including managers, supervisors, and agents.
