Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach consumer care staff to meet productivity and collection goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and department policies.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Conduct regular status meetings with direct reports.
• Develop training and professional growth plans for team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production and efficiency.
• Handle problem resolution and escalate issues as needed.
