Job summary

Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Care Representative to contact debtors, inform them of delinquencies, and guide them through repayment options using detailed procedures and scripts. You will escalate complex cases to supervisors and ensure client needs are met while adhering to FDCPA standards.

This is a hybrid position based within 50 miles of Dimondale, MI. Compensation starts at $15.25 per hour plus $630 monthly toward health insurance, with monthly bonus potential and federal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Collection experience preferred.
• Must pass FDCPA test.

Responsibilities

• Skip-tracing debtors to locate residence and employment information.
• Handling incoming and outgoing collection calls.
• Negotiating balance in full payments, payment arrangements or legal referrals.
• Reviewing accounts and scheduling follow-up contact dates.
• Reading and following scripts verbatim.
• Complying with Federal/State laws and company policies.
• Documenting interactions with Debtors.
• Additional duties as assigned.
