Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing, and holding team accountable.
• Solid understanding of collection laws and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach collections team to meet service standards.
• Manage queues, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments on escalations.
