This full-time position supports Sales and Operations with administrative tasks.

Must have 3+ years in a professional business environment, strong communication, quick learning, and the ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers.
• Provide timely information and direct support to Sales, vendors and customers to move projects forward.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, contractors, architects and customers in writing and verbally.
• Use company systems and tools to manage each project to completion following policies.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to settle differences while maintaining relationships.
