Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in medical education or healthcare administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Desirable: LCME accreditation experience and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Office of Medical Education and supervise administrative staff.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data collection/analysis to support decision-making and continuous quality improvement.
• Govern approximately 100 medical student policies and procedures and manage medical education web resources.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve program operations and service delivery.
