Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Specialty Hiring Associate in a hybrid role based in the Austin area. The position supports onboarding and offboarding of subcontracted resources, verifies weekly timesheets, and ensures compliant payroll processing.

Collaborate with CX and Procurement, maintain onboarding trackers, and assist with training for new Hiring Managers while escalating issues as needed. This is a blended on-site/remote opportunity with monthly in-person onboarding when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, HR, or a related function

Responsibilities

• Performs end-to-end process tasks associated with subcontractor new hire recruiting, onboarding, file maintenance, and offboarding.
• Provides administrative support for internal and external resource loan processes.
• Reviews candidate background check status for completion and compliance.
• Coordinates with other internal areas for new hire equipment, network access, and training needs.
• Collaborates with Accentures Contractor Exchange (CX) and Procurement Teams for onboarding candidates.
