Job summary

Anistar Technologies is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to help manage daily onboarding, payroll, and back-office operations. You will coordinate with recruiters, sales, field staff, and finance teams to ensure smooth branch operations and timely processing of new hire paperwork.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR processes and Bullhorn preferred. On-site presence in Austin is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with HR processes, onboarding, and payroll preferred.
• Customer service experience with the ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with Bullhorn and Microsoft applications.
• Analytical problem solving to prevent payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inbound calls to appropriate departments.
• Process onboarding paperwork including offer letters, Direct Deposit, and completing I-9 and e-verify.
• Perform background checks and drug tests.
• Handle weekly timecard entry, expenses, per diem, and sick time.
