Job summary

Actalent Corporate in Tempe, AZ is hiring an Onboarding Operations Associate to ensure top-notch onboarding for consultants. The role combines 4 days in-office with 1 day remote, an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and an hourly rate of $21.63 (about $45,000 annually) with monthly bonuses up to $4,000 per year.

The role interacts with consultants, clients, and internal teams to manage pre-employment screening, background checks, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service related position
• Associates degree or 2+ years in a customer service related position
• Preferred degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service in all interactions for a great consultant experience
• Manage an average of 25+ consultants and provide daily updates on onboarding status
• Interact with consultants to follow up on onboarding requirements ensuring timely speed to market onboarding
• Document all onboarding touchpoints and communicate updates via the onboarding platform (ACT)
• Receive and review onboarding triggers for accuracy and initiate onboarding within a 2-hour turnaround
• Validate new hire ESF accuracy and coach field partners if rejected
• Leverage technology to manage pre-employment screening and communicate with field offices
• Enter and manage background and drug screening processes for consultants
• Ensure all pre-employment documents are executed per client expectations
• Participate in weekly touchpoints with recruiting partners for specialized hiring projects
• Use tools like Appian Tracker, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Litmos, DocuSign, MS Office, Connected, Vendor Mgmt Systems
• Submit onboarding paperwork to auditors, validate compliance, and update records
