Actalent is hiring an Onboarding Operations Associate for our Tempe, AZ location. This role supports consultants through the post-offer onboarding process, coordinating with clients and delivery teams to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service related position.
• Associates degree or 2+ years in a customer service related position.
• Preferred degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service in all interactions for a great consultant experience.
• Manage 25+ consultants and provide daily updates by noon local time.
• Follow up on onboarding requirements to ensure timely onboarding.
• Document onboarding touchpoints and communicate updates via the onboarding platform.
