Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Tempe, AZ to coordinate onboarding documents, drug tests, and background checks for contractors. You will manage compliance with E-Verify, maintain the Candidate Tracker, and ensure excellent front-office service to candidates and clients alike.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, contractor experience, and seamless office operations within a contract-based framework through July 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update the Candidate Tracker until clearance.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide excellent front office customer service (telephone and reception).
• Organize office supplies, mailings, shipments, and office paperwork.
