Job summary

Fairygodboss is hiring an Associate Account Manager based in Tempe, AZ. This non-sales role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training.

The role involves solving client challenges as ADP's front-line, managing client communications and building relationships, while offering educational support on ADP technology.

Starting salary is $24 per hour, with a commitment to inclusive culture and best-in-class benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-service environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ADP's front-line to solve clients’ challenges.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations using ADP product knowledge.
• Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
