Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Project Manager - Show Site to lead on-site event operations, coordinating with sales, design, facilities, and union labor to ensure a seamless execution from pre-production through post-event reconciliation. Flexibility for a hybrid schedule in Las Vegas, NV is required, with a strong focus on safety, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The role connects cross-functional teams, adheres to SOPs, and uses data/logs to refine workflows year over year.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PM certs (PMP/CTS) beneficial.
• 5–7 years in convention, trade show, hotel, or staging operations; 3–5 years in A/V project management or live event production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with national labor and site leads for staffing, badging, and check-in procedures for union members and vendors.
• Review show specs and scope gear, coordinating with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Lead on-site execution: load-in, integration, and safe teardown with daily shift meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, conduct debriefs, and drive process improvements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Digital Services and Streaming Leads for hybrid/virtual events.
