Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Show Site to help execute client events on site. You will coordinate operational activities, prepare production documents, floorplans, and schedules, and serve as the on-site contact between internal teams and external partners.

This role supports our Audio Visual Production team and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and show-site work about three days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn industry tools and floorplan software.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours including nights/weekends.
• Physically capable of on-site event tasks and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day on-site coordination, including installation and dismantle of events.
• Prepare production documents, floorplans, schedules, material lists, and crew assignments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Growth, Warehouse, Creative, Event Technology, Exhibitor Services and Logistics for smooth information flow.
• Serve as on-site contact to address operational questions, escalate issues and meet client/exhibitor needs.
• Assist with vendor coordination, including deliveries and labor providers.
• Monitor show-site progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate updates to the PM or Growth Partners.
• Support budget tracking by capturing real-time labor and equipment usage during show execution.
• Help maintain safety standards and promote a safety-first culture on site.
• Support post-show wrap-up: updating production documents, schedules, labor reconciliation, and lessons-learned reporting.
