Basis Technologies, located in Irving, Texas, seeks an Office Manager & Payroll Specialist to keep the Irving office running smoothly and manage US payroll tax compliance across states. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT and Finance teams, onboarding new starters and handling building access while partnering with our UK Payroll Manager.

This role offers ownership, cross-functional exposure and a hybrid work model with some days from home and in-office presence as needed.

Competenze

• Experience managing a scaling office environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of US payroll tax compliance across multiple states.
• Ability to liaise with tax authorities and resolve notices independently.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, mail and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including building and system access.
• Administer visitor and building access, and support in-office logistics for events and DEI programs.
• Coordinate in‑office events and assist Marketing with logistics.
• Provide light IT coordination for office devices and meeting spaces.
• Manage federal, state and local payroll tax compliance across multiple states; prepare filings and maintain accounts.
