Job summary

Connectify HR is hiring a Payroll Business Partner to support clients with end-to-end payroll implementation, compliance, and client experience. The role focuses on onboarding, payroll processing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings extensive payroll knowledge, strong communication, and multi-state experience within a PEO context. Onsite or hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience.
• 5-10 years in the PEO industry.
• FPC or CPP certification (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Implement client onboarding, document specs, assist setup, QA, onboarding/testing, and training.
• Manage multi-state client payrolls with accurate, timely delivery.
• Handle garnishments and payroll changes in the HRIS.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Identify process improvements and participate in projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate about client issues.
