Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is seeking an Office Operations Associate (LTE) in the Division of Digital Access, Consumer, and Environmental Affairs. The part-time role provides administrative support and handles customer inquiries through the Customer Case System with emphasis on public service quality.

The LTE position is hybrid, based in Madison, WI, and requires Wisconsin residency. The role includes intake management, data entry, and supporting staff with caseload metrics and

• Experience providing information and answering questions to customers.
• Ability to review materials for clarity and accuracy.
• Document effective and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Mansioni

• Monitor the Consumer Affairs email and voicemail inboxes.
• Set up new customer accounts and/or new complaint files for processing.
• Respond to routine inquiries from the public and stakeholders.
• Assist in review, creation, and maintenance of internal resources.
• Assist with caseload metrics and other data review.
• Create calendar rotation for staff assignments.
