The State of Wisconsin seeks a Digital Accessibility Analyst for a limited-term LTE role to remediate PDFs and other digital documents to meet ADA and WCAG standards. This hands-on position partners with a team of technology professionals to gain real-world experience in accessibility, document remediation, and compliance.

You will review, update, and remediate documents, ensuring accessibility for users relying on assistive technologies, with duties including tagging, structuring, testing, and

Formación

• Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro, including form creation and editing.
• Experience with document formatting, design, and document control.
• Training in applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 requirements.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Review and remediate PDFs and other documents to meet current WCAG and Section 508 requirements.
• Tag, structure, and format documents for screen reader compatibility.
• Test remediated documents for accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and track remediation progress.
• Follow established document control and formatting standards.
