Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Specialist at our Pewaukee, Wisconsin location. The Work Management Specialist I/II/III and Principal role defines specifications, conducts testing, and assists in implementing enhancements to new and existing systems, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of degree, 4+ years’ outage or work management systems experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Project management skills and ability to present strategic/operational issues.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Assists in building and maintaining business systems through a system development life cycle.
• Ensures systems operate as designed; evaluates change requests and performs routine maintenance.
• Works on simple to moderately complex system projects; develops tests and implements improvements.
• Translates customer and IT requirements into structured documentation.
• Assists in developing business cases for system improvements.
• Maintains relationships with IT and outside vendors.
• Monitors system uptime, batches, reports, and queries; develops reports for end users.
• Provides end‑user support and coordinates with IT staff and business units.
• Develops and rolls out training materials; maintains system documentation.
