Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a CLTS Service Representative to support Wisconsin's Long-Term Support program. You will research and resolve inquiries from providers, CWAs, and DHS, using internal systems to ensure timely, accurate responses and satisfaction.

The role includes occasional training sessions onsite or virtually, and requires independent decision-making within a collaborative team environment. Remote work is available for qualified Wisconsin residents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field
• Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and general knowledge of commercial/government healthcare insurance programs
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills essential for the role
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office, and capacity to learn organization-specific software

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve third-party administrator (TPA) questions and issues from providers, CWAs, and DHS staff
• Use internal software tools to research and resolve inquiries effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders
• Conduct occasional onsite or virtual training sessions for providers, CWAs, and DHS staff
• Manage responsibilities with independent decision-making within a team environment
