Job summary

Elastic is expanding its Sales Development team in New York to support rapid growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and nurture new opportunities, working with current users to understand their use case and guide their Elastic journey.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and partners, balancing reactive inquiries with proactive outreach. Office presence 3 days a week is expected, with full training and resources to succeed in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of SaaS sales experience.
• Willing to be in the New York office 3 days a week.
• Open to feedback, curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business.
• Balance reactive work with proactive opportunities identification.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging.
• Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition to a technical audience.
